Aims and Objectives
We are proudly registered with the Care Quality Commission to offer accommodation and personal care for individuals who may have mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. Additionally, we provide care for adults aged 65 and over. Our mission is to meet their needs while empowering and encouraging them to maintain their independence and achieve their full potential, enabling them to live a fulfilling life. While we do not offer nursing care, we strive to provide ongoing support within the resident’s own room whenever possible. This is contingent on staying within the scope of our registration and capabilities, ensuring medical appropriateness, and having the support of their relatives.
Kind and Range of services provided
Our services are tailored to support individuals who, due to their age or health, are unable to live independently. Residents may require assistance with tasks such as getting up and going to bed, washing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, managing medication, and communication. Each resident's needs are carefully assessed and documented in their personalized care plan.
To meet these needs, we provide a range of services, including Comprehensive personal care assistance, Laundry, Preparation and cooking of all meals.
We also facilitate in-house visits from professionals such as doctors, district nurses, hairdressers, opticians, physiotherapists, dentists, chiropodists, solicitors, and others, depending on individual requirements.
Residents are accommodated in private bedrooms equipped with washing facilities and access to a bathroom. There are additional toilets throughout the building, as well as communal areas like a dining room, lounge, conservatory, and library for residents’ use.
Furthermore, we are committed to addressing the social, spiritual, and emotional needs of our residents. We actively promote their personal interests by organizing activities and occasional visiting entertainment. Visitors are warmly welcomed, as we believe maintaining outside connections is essential for our residents' well-being.
